Re: Savage accutrigger problems Well, I can't help with "other than increasing the pull weight," but I'll share my experience. I had the same problem on my LRPV. A slight adjustment on the trigger, per the Savage instructions, cured it all. Mine is pretty consistent at 26-28 ounces. Initially mine worked very well out of the box too.

I have a 30-06 Savage 111G purchased as of 3 or so years ago, for the range i'd like to lower the trigger pull to be a bit lighter than it sits now, adjusted to the min setting.
