By prepaying through the app, customers can save up to 50% off standard rates. On leaving the attendant scanned our ticket to show a fee of $116 for our 2 day stay. The ParkWhiz fee was $191, leaving me feeling gouged. I assume the garage didn’t classify my Evoque as a large SUV but ParkWhiz did. I don’t know if this an honest disconnect or a structural money grabbing practice of ParkWhiz.
