I'm using "Flawless Widescreen", and "Elden Ring Mod Loader", and "Mod Engine 2" to load various mods. The first to get widescreen at all (and it does a few other things as well), the second for no startup logo screens and unlocked fps, and the third for extending the UI to widescreen (the first only removes the black bars).

If playing with an ultrawide monitor, use this mod together with Remove black bars.
