The reason why Occult Brawler is considered to be one of the best epics in the game isn't because he has the strongest poisons in the game. It's because he's so damned low maintenance. He can do insanely high amounts of damage by just stacking speed, accuracy and damage. You don't even really have to book him to get those high numbers.

Versulf, Toragi (replaces Tyrael & Vizier), Occult Brawler, Geomancer & another DPS. Your versulf & Torgai provide dual ally protect, leech & attack down. If you have all your speed tuned for exact order, however, relentless is a bad idea. For arena it could be useful, but arena fights tend to be short and you could not rely on the extra turn. Since you mentioned Doompriest, I also have plans on putting my Doompriest in a set for the increased healing and debuff removal in dungeons and Faction Wars.

The only time I'd think about favoring Aothar is vs. Magic affinity CB and even then I'd still run the OB if I had one. Aothar is solid...dont get me wrong.
